The hotels in the Turks & Caicos Islands have a condominium ownership structure, but operate as hotels. Owners and their family and friends do not pay any nightly rate when they stay in their room and enjoy discounts on food, drink and spa treatments as well as concierge services. When you’re not here, the rooms are rented out for you. That rental income offsets the monthly condo/maintenance fees.
